Key Ingredients In Fresh Summer Peach Salsa Recipe
  • Fresh Peaches – look for fresh ripe peaches; they will add that bit of sweetness. You will need two large, about 1/2 lbs peaches. Cut them into small pieces.
  • Fresh Tomatoes – either an heirloom or even cherry tomatoes work great. You will need about 1/2 lb tomatoes.
  • Fresh Cilantro – you need about 1/4 cup (I know for some, the amount of cilantro is a matter of personal preference).
  • Jalapeño – this is what brings a bit of heat. You can substitute some milder shishito peppers if you don’t want the heat.
  • Limes – adding about a tbsp of lime juice will bring the needed acid. Plus, a little lime zest to brighten the flavors.
  • Garlic – a good bit of minced garlic rounds out the flavors.
  • Add a little salt and black pepper to make the perfect fruit salsa.
